Nanobot

Nanobot is a minuscule robot which, depending on its function, has the size of more or less advanced enzymes or their conglomerates. Commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry (nanomeds, e.g., Telomin: nanobots transport mineral compounds to where they are needed; see also gamepill).
